Thank you for being interested in becoming a part of the Guadalupe County Team.  Below you will find a link to a Personal History Packet (PDF Form).  Click the link, download, and save the packet on your own device so any progress can be saved.  Once the packet is completed the packet must be signed and notarized prior to submission.  Once the packet is notarized you can submit the packet by either bringing it to the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office or uploading it (along with any other supporting documents) using the link below.  If you have any questions or issues completing the packet or submitting it please call the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office at (830)379-1224 or if applying for the Guadalupe County Detention Center call (830) 305-0225.
