Civil Process Division

The Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office has three Deputies assigned to the Civil Division. These Deputies work civil process that comes out of the District and County Courts, and out-of-county agencies. These Deputies serve various types of papers to include criminal and civil subpoenas, summonses, citations, protective orders, and attorney general paperwork. The Civil Division also serves writs such as executions, attachments, garnishments, and possessions. The Civil Division is also responsible for Sheriff Sales, Tax Sales, and Impounded Vehicle Wrecker Sales.

The Sheriff's Office Civil Division is charged with serving all Civil Process for the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office. For further information please call (830)379-1224 ext. 2256.
