On September 23, 2020, at approximately 8:16 PM, the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 406 West Cedar Street, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas 78155, which resulted in the seizure of narcotics, firearm, and the arrest of Ricardo Zamora 51 Y/O.
Ricardo ZAMORA is a confirmed Mexican Mafia gang member and was in possession of 34.17 grams of Heroin, 41.15 grams of Methamphetamine, 3.74 grams of Marijuana, and a handgun. Additionally, investigators were able to locate multiple debit cards that were not in his name and over 500 credit card numbers inside of ZAMORA's residence.
ZAMORA was charged with Man/Del CS PG 1 >= 4G < 200G, Man/Del CS PG 1 >= 4G < 200G, Unlawful Possession/Use Identifying Information 50 or more, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. ZAMORA was arrested and booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center on Charges of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 >= 4G < 200G, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 >= 4G < 200G, Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information 50 or more items, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon.
The Guadalupe County Narcotics Unit is composed of Narcotics Investigators from the Sheriff's Office, Seguin PD Special Crimes Detectives, and Cibolo PD Narcotics Detectives.
