On May 27, 2021, 8:21 pm, the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Narcotics Task Force executed a state narcotics search warrant at 300 Lopez Street, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas 78155, which resulted in the seizure of narcotics and the arrest of Elisa Maria Garcia 28 Y/O.

                The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force received information and tips stating Elisa Maria GARCIA were selling narcotics from a residence in the 300 Lopez Street, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas 78155. A state narcotics search warrant was drafted and executed.  The search of the residence resulted in investigators locating approximately 50.10 grams of Methamphetamine, Marijuana, digital scales, and packaging materials. Elisa Maria GARCIA was charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 greater or equal to 4 grams but less than 200 grams and was booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center.

The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force is composed of Narcotics Investigators from the Sheriff's Office, Seguin Police Department Special Crimes Detectives, Cibolo Police Department Narcotics Detective, and K-9 Units from both Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office and Seguin Police Department.
