On 11/23/21, The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force conducted an operation in the 200 block of IH 10 West, Seguin, Texas. The operation resulted in the arrest of 1 person and the seizure of narcotics. The Narcotics Task Force seized over a 1000 grams of heroin.   29-Year-old, Raphael Flores Jr, of Long Beach, California was arrested and booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Center on charges of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 greater than 400 grams. The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force is composed of Narcotics Investigators, Detectives and Criminal Interdiction Units from the Cibolo Police Department, Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office, and the Seguin Police Department.
