On 04/29/23 at approximately 8:00AM, Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office responded to the 9000 block of FM 1101 for a reported burglary in progress. While deputies were enroute to the location the suspect left the residence and then returned. The complainants left the residence and advised deputies they did not know if the suspect was still in the residence or not. Deputies were informed there were firearms in the residence.

Guadalupe County Special Operations Teams were called to the scene and the residence was cleared, suspect was not located.

It is unknown at this time what was taken from the residence.

The suspect is known to the complainants and a warrant has been issued for Slade Hudson for burglary of habitation. Hudson was involved in two other possible burglary calls in Guadalupe County over the weekend.

Hudson was last known to be in the Blanco/Llano area.

On 05/01/23,  Hudson was arrested by Bulverde PD in Comal County on the Guadalupe County warrant and Bulverde PD charges.
