On 05/18/23, at approximately 6:45PM, Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatch to the 1000 block of Ashley Ranch Road, in reference to a theft in progress and shots fired. Deputies made contact with the property owner and learned a white Chevrolet Z 71 pickup stole welding equipment in a green cart and sped away when confronted. The property own fired two shots at the vehicle hitting the rear bumper and rear window. The white Chevrolet Z 71 pickup was last seen going towards Seguin.
