On 11/15/23 at approximately 6:55 PM 18 year old Jack Bernal out of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested for Manufacture or Delivery of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2 between 4-400 grams and Theft of a Firearm. The incident occurred in the 16000 block of IH-35 North, Schertz, Texas. Bernal was arrested by the Guadalupe County Narcotics Taskforce during a narcotics operation after he was found to be in possession of approximately 202 grams of THC Cartridges and a handgun. Further investigation revealed that the handgun was reported stolen out of San Antonio, Texas.
