The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) is composed of Detectives, Investigators, and Criminal Interdiction K9 Units from Seguin Police Department, Cibolo Police Department, and the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office.

On April 18th, 2024, at 8:00 P.M, The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) served a search warrant with the Seguin Police Department C.A.S.E Unit. The search warrant was executed after Vince Riojas (Driver) and Michelle Galindo (Passenger) evaded in a vehicle from a Seguin PD C.A.S.E. Unit Officer attempting to stop them. Riojas and Galindo fled back to the residence in the 200 block of W Ireland Street. GCNTF personnel were on scene to execute the search warrant when Galindo and Riojas arrived back. As Officer's initiated efforts to detain Galindo and Riojas they were encountered by an aggressive Pit Bull Terrier that charged at them. One of the Officers fired their service weapon killing the canine. This operation resulted in the seizure of 7.7 grams of Cocaine, 100.7 grams of Methamphetamine, and the arrest of Michelle Marie Galindo and Vince Ray Riojas. Michelle Marie Galindo was booked on two charges of Manufacture or Delivery of Substance in Penalty Group 1 four grams or more but less than 200 grams. Vince Ray Riojas was booked on once charge of Manufacture or Delivery of Substance in Penalty Group 1 four grams or more but less than 200 grams & Evading Arrest or Detention with A Vehicle. Additional charges/arrests are anticipated in relation to this operation and current/new investigations.

This operation was a direct result of citizens' complaints and submissions to the Guadalupe County Crime Stoppers anonymous tip system.
