On 01/27/2020 Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office received several calls at approximately 1:30 AM, reference a male subject in a black hoodie and baggy blue jeans in the area of Mc Queeney Estates, looking in vehicles. 

A complainant had observed him in his pickup and when asked what he was doing, he stated looking for change.  After the contact, the male walked away from the vehicle and the complainant contacted the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies located the male subject described at 108 Pecan Loop. Deputies made contact with the male and located various personal items, GPS's, cell phones, loose change, tools, and pills in a baggy, along with drug paraphernalia.

The male identified as Paul Anthony Ramirez, 24 years old, was arrested for Possession of controlled Substance PG3 3<28G, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 counts of Burglary of Vehicle.

There still may be more victims within the area of McQueeney Estates. Ramirez removed items from vehicles that were left unsecured. The items deputies were unable to locate owners for were placed into the Evidence Room for owners to claim.
