Sheriff Arnold Zwicke and Captain John Koch were greeted by Tawnya Dykstra Soto this morning. Tawnya , displaying a "thin blue line" police flag, rode horseback around the Sheriff's Office showing her support for law enforcement.  Soto shared that she has several family members in law enforcement and she was riding in support of law enforcement all over our nation.
